The Santian ST-70 is a hand-held electric round knife cutter designed for heavy-weight materials such as leather, cardboard, cloth, suede, PVC, and carpet. With a cutting capacity of up to 25 mm, it delivers fast, smooth, and precise cuts, supported by a well-balanced, ergonomic design for efficient and comfortable operation.

Operational Guidelines:

1. Automatic Blade Sharpening: Press the abrasive button while running to keep the blade sharp.
2. Blade Installation/Removal: Align the blade with the sharpening wheel hole and use the pin and screwdriver to secure or remove it.

Maintenance:

• Clean or replace the abrasive wheel when dirty.
• Regularly remove lint and debris from around the blade and inside the machine.
• Lubricate the worm gear 2–3 times per month.
• Oil the blade before use to reduce friction.
• Replace carbon brushes when worn; always disconnect power first.

Safety Precautions:

• Use correct voltage and proper grounding.
• Never touch the moving blade with fingers or other body parts.
• Disconnect power before maintenance or part replacement.
