Description

Weighing just 950 g, the DS504 features an ergonomic design and a powerful, balanced, and low-noise 90 W high-torque motor, delivering cutting speeds of up to 1,900 rpm for fast and precise results. Its reinforced body and bronze/steel gear coupling enable effective cutting of textiles, technical fabrics, and leather, with a maximum cutting thickness of 9 mm.

An integrated push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be sharpened in under 10 seconds without disassembly, ensuring uninterrupted workflow. The newly designed slim and durable foot improves maneuverability, making curved and intricate cuts easier and more accurate.

Additional upgrades include high-speed gears, a strengthened structure for hard materials, and a new PCB board with an easily replaceable glass fuse. The DS504 operates with minimal vibration, complies with EU vibration safety standards, and produces low noise levels of approximately 60 dB(A).
