For over 40years within the market, the model DS504 is the smallest, most powerful and professional electrical hand-held cutting machine Rasor have ever produced. The DS504 is the sixth upgrade in the DS series resulting in the 2023 model which reaches the highest level in technology and safety. It weighs only 950 grams and its ergonomic design combined with a 90Watt balanced and silenced motor make this model (DS504) a unique cutting tool essential in all fields. A Reinforced body and bronze/steel gear coupling create a high torque which allows the use of this electrical shear not only in textile field but also in technical fabrics or leather fields. Rpm are now 1900 for ultra fast cut. The maximum cutting thickness is 9mm and the new push button sharpening stone allows the sharpening of the knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. The new circuit board includes a glass fuse which can be easily replaced without disassembling the shear and the new strong and slim shaped foot allows to trim curve sections very easily. The new model DS504 is truly a novel concentration of power and lightness in the field of professional cutting tools.

Description
Thanks to the use of a new foot, the cutting procedure is very quick and effective, even when the bending radius is particularly narrow. One special feature of electric scissors DS504 is their ability to sharpen the blade in each moment without disassembling it by means of a grinding wheel mounted on the scissors head. After carrying out this operation, it is possible to start cutting again. The electric scissors DS504 are extremely light (they weigh only 950g) and handy and allow carrying out quick and precise cuts.
A high power motor, perfectly balanced, with a high number of revolutions and totally free of maintenance, reduces the vibrations to the minimum. For this reason the electric scissors comply with European Directive No.2002/44/EC concerning the risks deriving from mechanical vibrations. The mechanical parts are made of high-quality steel and bronze and require lubrication after several working hours.
Field of Application
Electric scissors DS504 have been designed, manufactured and assembled to cut every kind of fabrics or materials, with the exception of metal, plastic or wood, by means of rotary circular, decagonal or hexagonal blades.
Acoustic Level
The maximum acoustic pressure level emitted by electric scissors DS504 is about 60 dB (A). Noise tests have been carried out in compliance with Standard UNI EN ISO 11202:2010. The device noise levels, measured at different distances (without any sound wave filtering system), vary in the extent of few db (A).
