The Rasor SW12 is the largest professional bench cutting machine from Rasor, designed for high-thickness materials and heavy-duty applications. Its 120 mm diameter blade can cut fabrics up to 50 mm thick, making it ideal for textiles, technical fabrics, mattresses, foams, and layered natural fibers.

Powered by a robust 180 W motor and reinforced bronze/steel gear coupling, the SW12 delivers high torque and a blade speed of 850 rpm. A push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be honed in under 10 seconds without removal, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The aluminium cutting base, coated with Teflon®, reduces friction and facilitates smooth material feeding.

The SW12 features a sliding bearing base and a polygonal blade design, enabling precise straight or curved cuts. Its high-quality steel blade and counterblade guarantee clean, fray-free edges. The machine is also suitable for industrial materials such as polymers, neoprene, padding, filters, synthetic fabrics, moquette, and automotive or marine interior components.

Weighing in at a professional-grade build, the SW12 combines cutting power, precision, and ease of use, with low noise emission around 60 dB(A) in compliance with EN ISO 15744:2008.
