The Rasor SW100 is a lightweight (3 kg), high-performance bench cutter widely used in textile and technical fabric industries for over 40 years. Its 100 mm six-edge blade, combined with a counterblade, delivers precise, fray-free cuts up to 35 mm thick.

Equipped with a 90 W balanced and low-noise motor and durable bronze/steel gear couplings, the SW100 provides stable, long-lasting operation. The aluminium cutting base is Teflon® coated, reducing friction for effortless fabric feeding. A push-button sharpening stone allows the blade to be sharpened in under 10 seconds without removal.

The sliding bearing base and polygonal blade design enable smooth cutting of straight or curved profiles. The SW100 is suitable for textiles, technical fabrics, polymers, neoprene, padding, filters, moquette, and automotive or marine interior components.

Low maintenance, ergonomic design, and low operating noise (~60 dB(A), compliant with EN ISO 15744:2008) make the SW100 an ideal professional cutting tool.
