Do I need to register an account in order to shop?

Yes, in order to checkout you will need to create an account. All you must do is enter the details required during checkout.

I created a web account, but it's not showing my trade prices?

Any new web accounts created will only be linked to the standard retail price list. Yes, there is no need to create a create a new account. If you having issues logging in please contact the IT Department.

How do I place an order?

Find the item you want, select the quantity, and then click the “Add to Cart” button. When you’ve finished browsing and are ready to check out, go to your shopping cart at the top right corner of your screen and click “Cart Total”. Make sure all the products and quantities in your bag are correct and click the “Checkout” button to continue. We will take you to a secured server where you will enter and confirm your billing, delivery and payment information.

What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item than the website currently allows?

Due to server loads, extremely large order may result in a timeout error, now allowing to checkout. If this occurs, please ring us immediately on 0161 763 6969, we will be able to input the order manually.
